The First Tee is looking for volunteers who enjoy and can play golf. Volunteers assist with the daily golf skill instruction for youth ranging in age from 8-17 years old. Volunteers assist students by serving as playing partners and help the participants further develop an understanding of the sport and its opportunities. All volunteers are interviewed and must be willing to have a criminal background check completed.
Mentoring Program The First Tee Montgomery (FTM) continues to recruit adult golfers, who live or work in Montgomery County, to serve as mentors in our golf program.

Because each Chapter of The First Tee is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, facility directors rely heavily on volunteerism to support their programs. To volunteer with The First Tee, please contact a Chapter near you!
